sec.25 Approving, installing and operating lucky envelope vending machines
A person must not conduct lucky envelopes from a lucky envelope vending machine unless the machine is approved by the chief executive under part 5 , division 9 . A person conducting lucky envelopes must ensure the lucky envelope vending machine is installed and operated in the way prescribed under a regulation. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. (sec.25-ssec.1) A person must not conduct lucky envelopes from a lucky envelope vending machine unless the machine is approved by the chief executive under part 5 , division 9 . (sec.25-ssec.2) A person conducting lucky envelopes must ensure the lucky envelope vending machine is installed and operated in the way prescribed under a regulation. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
