sec.190 Existing approvals for lucky envelope vending machines
This section applies to an approval for a lucky envelope vending machine given under section 66 of the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this section. The approval continues in force as if it were an approval for a lucky envelope vending machine given under section 100 of this Act. However, if the approval was given more than 2 years before the commencement, the approval continues in force only for 1 year from the commencement. (sec.190-ssec.1) This section applies to an approval for a lucky envelope vending machine given under section 66 of the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this section. (sec.190-ssec.2) The approval continues in force as if it were an approval for a lucky envelope vending machine given under section 100 of this Act. (sec.190-ssec.3) However, if the approval was given more than 2 years before the commencement, the approval continues in force only for 1 year from the commencement.
