sec.19 Category 2 games
A person must not conduct a category 2 game unless the person— is an eligible association and complies with section 22 ; or is authorised to conduct the game under another Act. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
- (a) is an eligible association and complies with section 22 ; or
- (b) is authorised to conduct the game under another Act.
