sec.181 Interaction with Casino Acts
The State may permit or approve the conduct or playing of two-up on a designated day under this part despite the provisions of the Casino Acts which grant casinos the exclusive right to conduct or play two-up. To remove doubt, it is declared that a provision of the Casino Acts includes a provision of an agreement made under the Casino Acts. In this section— Casino Acts means the following Acts— Breakwater Island Casino Agreement Act 1984 ; Brisbane Casino Agreement Act 1992 ; Cairns Casino Agreement Act 1993 ; Jupiters Casino Agreement Act 1983 . s 181 prev s 181 om 2009 No. 24 s 398 pres s 181 ins 2012 No. 2 s 3 (sec.181-ssec.1) The State may permit or approve the conduct or playing of two-up on a designated day under this part despite the provisions of the Casino Acts which grant casinos the exclusive right to conduct or play two-up.
