sec.168 Limitation on time for starting summary proceedings
A proceeding for an offence against this Act by way of summary proceeding under the Justices Act 1886 may be started within— 1 year after the offence is committed; or 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence is committed.
- (a) 1 year after the offence is committed; or
- (b) 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence is committed.
