sec.165 Indictable and summary offences
An offence against section 105 , 106 or 108 is an indictable offence. Any other offence against this Act is a summary offence. (sec.165-ssec.1) An offence against section 105 , 106 or 108 is an indictable offence. (sec.165-ssec.2) Any other offence against this Act is a summary offence.
