sec.143 Failure to produce document
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 142 (1) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. It is a reasonable excuse for the person not to comply with the requirement if complying with it might tend to incriminate the person.
