57 Cessation of mobility rights
(1) Division 2 or 3 of Part IV of the Public Service Act 1922 stops applying to an employee of a CFM body on the body’s sale day if that Division applied to the employee of the body immediately before the body’s sale day. (2) If Division 4 of Part IV of the Public Service Act 1922 applied to an employee of a CFM body immediately before the body’s sale day: (a) the Officers’ Rights Declaration Act 1928; and (b) Division 4 of Part IV of the Public Service Act 1922; stop applying to the employee on the body’s sale day.
