12 Use of certain land at Vintage Drive and Wine Country Drive, Pokolbin

(1) This clause applies to the following land in Pokolbin, identified as “The Vintage & Residential Flat Buildings” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—

(a) Lot 1016, DP 1298409, 114 Vintage Drive,

(b) Lot 0, SP 107240, 126 Vintage Drive,

(c) part of Lot 2801, DP 1306576, 963 Wine Country Drive.

(2) Development for the purposes of residential flat buildings is permitted with development consent if the building height does not exceed 14m.
