sec.10B Section 9 not to apply to reconstruction
Any arrangement proposed by the manager, and approved in accordance with the terms of the reconstruction provisions, shall be binding and shall have and be given full force and effect on and by the trustee, the manager and all persons registered or entitled to be registered as holders of units notwithstanding the provisions of sections 9 and 10 or any provision of the trust deed. s 10B ins 1988 No. 38 s 7
