8 Limit on number of persons entering Trust lands
8 Limit on number of persons entering Trust lands
(1) The Trust may limit the number of persons who may enter or remain on the Trust lands.
(2) The Trust may take action under this section by—
(a) giving a direction, or
(b) displaying a sign on or adjacent to the relevant lands or building.
(3) A person must not contravene a direction given or sign displayed under subsection (2).
Maximum penalty for subsection (3)—10 penalty units.
