35 Entering Trust lands while intoxicated

(1) An authorised person may direct a person not to enter the Trust lands if, in the authorised person’s opinion, the person is, or appears to be, intoxicated.

(2) A person must not contravene a direction given under subsection (1).

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.

(3) Nothing in this section limits another function of the Trust under this regulation.
