24 Organising and conducting races

(1) A person must not organise or conduct the following activities on the Trust lands, whether or not for profit—

(a) a foot race,

(b) a walking event,

(c) a bicycle race,

(d) a horse race,

(e) a wheelchair race,

(f) a fun run,

(g) a rollerblade run,

(h) another similar event.

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.

(2) A person does not commit an offence against this section if the activity is organised or conducted with the written permission of the Trust or the Chief Executive.
