7 Appointment and procedure
(1) The Trust consists of the following members—
(a) the Chief Executive,
(b) the 7 appointed members of the Board of the Greater Sydney Parklands Trust.
(2) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to the trustees and procedure of the Trust.
