PART 6—TRADING IN THOROUGHFARES AND PUBLIC PLACES Division 1—Stallholders and traders 6.1 Interpretation In this Division, unless the context otherwise requires— public place includes— (a) any thoroughfare or place which the public are allowed to use whether or not the thoroughfare or place is on private property; and
