3 Repeal The following local laws are hereby repealed— (a) By-laws relating to Depositing and Removal of Refuse, Rubbish, Litter and Disused Materials, as published in the Government Gazette on 3 October 1967; and (b) Draft Model By-laws relating to Removal and Disposal of Obstructing Animals or Vehicles No. 7, as published in the Government Gazette on 26 February 1968.
