4J Variation of conditions of licence
(1) The Cemeteries Agency may, at any time, by written notice to the licence holder, vary the conditions imposed on a licence by the Cemeteries Agency.
(2) A variation includes the following—
(a) the imposition of a new condition on the licence,
(b) the substitution of a condition,
(c) the removal or amendment of a condition.
