4F Authority of licence
(1) The holder of a cemetery operator licence is authorised to provide interment services at a cemetery specified in the licence.
(2) The holder of a cemetery operator (caretaker) licence is authorised to provide, at a cemetery specified in the licence—
(a) interment services, and
(b) the interments authorised by the conditions of the licence.
