#### 96 Adoption of plan of management 96 Adoption of plan of management > > (1) The Cemeteries Agency may adopt a plan of management for a Crown cemetery without alteration or with such alterations as it thinks fit. > > > (2) The Cemeteries Agency must not adopt a plan of management that provides for the Crown cemetery to be used for any purpose other than a cemetery. > > > (3) If a plan of management is adopted— > > > > > (a) the Crown cemetery operator concerned must carry out and give effect to it, and > > > > > (b) no operations may be undertaken on or in relation to the cemetery unless they are in accordance with the plan.
