#### 92 Amendment, replacement or revocation of strategic plan 92 Amendment, replacement or revocation of strategic plan > > (1) A strategic plan may be amended or replaced by a subsequent such plan prepared and approved in accordance with this Subdivision. > > > (2) The Cemeteries Agency may revoke a strategic plan, wholly or in part. > > > (3) The amendment or revocation of a strategic plan under this section takes effect— > > > > > (a) on the day notice of the amendment or revocation is published by the Cemeteries Agency in the Gazette, or > > > > > (b) on a later day specified in a notice under paragraph (a).
