83 Use of position—civil obligations

83 Use of position—civil obligations

(1) Use of position—operator members An operator member must not improperly use his or her position to—

(a) gain an advantage for the operator member or someone else, or

(b) cause detriment to the Crown cemetery trust.

Maximum civil penalty: $27,500.

(2) A person who is involved in a contravention of subsection (1) contravenes this subsection.
