70G Directions by cemetery operators to holders of memorial works approvals
(1) A cemetery operator may, by written notice, direct a holder of a memorial works approval in relation to the carrying out of the works in the cemetery of the cemetery operator.
(2) A holder of a memorial works approval must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
