52 Revocation of perpetual interment rights
> > (1) A cemetery operator may revoke a perpetual interment right that the cemetery operator, or any previous cemetery operator for the cemetery concerned, has granted if the right conferred by the perpetual interment right is not exercised within 50 years after it is granted.
>
> > (2) The cemetery operator must not revoke the perpetual interment right until 90 days after the cemetery operator has taken reasonable steps to notify each holder of the interment right in a way consistent with the Reasonable Notification Guidelines.
>
> > (3) A holder of the perpetual interment right may enter into negotiations with the cemetery operator for—
> >
> > > (a) the sale of the perpetual interment right, or
> >
> > > (b) the retention of the perpetual interment right.
>
> > (4) Subject to subsection (2), the cemetery operator may revoke the perpetual interment right before agreement with a holder, if any, on the sale or retention of the perpetual interment right.
