#### 139C Disclosure of information
139C Disclosure of information
> > (1) A relevant person must not disclose information obtained in connection with the administration or execution of this Act unless the disclosure is made—
> >
> > > (a) with the consent of the person from whom the information was obtained, or
> >
> > > (b) in connection with the administration, operation, or enforcement of this Act, regulations or interment industry schemes, or
> >
> > > (c) for the purposes of legal proceedings arising out of this Act or a related Act or a report of the proceedings, or
> >
> > > (d) in accordance with a requirement imposed under the [Ombudsman Act 1974](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1974-068), or
> >
> > > (e) with other lawful excuse.

> > (2) In this section—

> > relevant person means the following—
> >
> > > (a) the Chief Executive Officer,

> > > (b) a member of the Cemeteries Agency staff.
