#### 129 Purposes for which powers under Division may be exercised 129 Purposes for which powers under Division may be exercised > Powers may be exercised under this Division for the following purposes (referred to as enforcement purposes)— > > > (a) for determining whether there has been compliance with or a contravention of this Act or the regulations or a provision of an interment industry scheme, > > > (b) for obtaining information or records for purposes connected with the administration of this Act, > > > (c) in connection with exercising the functions of an authorised officer under this Act.
