141A Disapplication of provisions in respect of Aboriginal ancestral remains
The following provisions of this Act do not apply in respect of the interment or cremation of Aboriginal ancestral remains—
(a) section 114;
(b) Division 3 of Part 8;
(c) section 129;
(d) sections 135 to 141.
