2. Terms used
In this Act —
Agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set forth in the First Schedule as amended by the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Second Schedule;
Fourth Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Sixth Schedule;
Second Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Fourth Schedule;
Third Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Fifth Schedule;
variation agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Third Schedule.
