Clause 4 amended In clause 4 delete paragraph (b) and insert— (b) where the combined pot line and float rig length is greater than 20 metres, the top half of the length of the pot line is held vertically in the water column at any time that pots are in use during the period 1 April to 31 October in the same year. This Order may be cited as the Mental Health (Authorised Mental Health Practitioners) Revocation Order (No. 3) 2022. This Order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2 ― on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) clause 3 ― on the day after that day. 3. Revocation of designation The designation, as an authorised mental health practitioner of the mental health practitioners specified in Schedule 1 to this order is revoked.
