Cyclists must keep left of the centre of the road unless overtaking a slow moving vehicle where safe to do so, in accordance with the approved traffic management plan. Event participants and officials must comply with all of the other provisions of the WA Road Traffic Act and Regulations, including compliance with posted speed limits.
