29 Infringement offences and penalties
For section 39 of the Act –
(a) the offences specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 are prescribed to be infringement offences; and
(b) the penalties specified in column 2 of Schedule 1 are the respective penalties applicable to those infringement offences.
