#### 157 Delegation by Commissioner of Police 157 Delegation by Commissioner of Police > > (1) The Commissioner of Police may delegate to a person any function conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Police by or under this Act, other than this power of delegation. > > > (1A) The Secretary may delegate to a person any function conferred or imposed on the Secretary by or under this Act, other than this power of delegation. > > > (2) A person to whom a function has been delegated by the Commissioner of Police may delegate the function to another person, subject to any conditions to which the delegation by the Commissioner is subject.
