111 Carrying liquor away from licensed premises
> > (1) A person must not carry away any liquor from licensed premises.
> >
> > Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
>
> > (2) A person does not commit an offence under subsection (1) if—
> >
> > > (a) the liquor was in the person’s possession when the person entered the licensed premises, or
> >
> > > (b) the sale of liquor for consumption away from the licensed premises is authorised under the licence and the liquor, in accordance with section 10(4) or 25A, was sold to the person for consumption away from the licensed premises.

> > (3) A person does not commit an offence under subsection (1) if—
> >
> > > (a) the liquor is wine, and
> >
> > > (b) the wine is purchased in a bottle or other container at the licensed premises and was partly consumed at the licensed premises, and
> >
> > > (c) the bottle or container is re-corked or otherwise resealed before being carried away from the licensed premises.
