#### 107 Production of licence on licensed premises 107 Production of licence on licensed premises > > (1) A responsible person for licensed premises must, if requested to do so by a police officer or inspector while on the licensed premises, produce the licence to the officer or inspector. > > > > Maximum penalty—5 penalty units. > > > (2) A person does not commit an offence under subsection (1) if the person is an employee or agent of the licensee (otherwise than in the capacity as manager of the licensed premises).
