sec.7 Requirements of individuals
The Minister may require an investigated person who is an individual to give to the Minister any or all of the following— information regarding some or all of the matters mentioned in schedule 2 ; an authority under section 12 ; a recent photograph of the individual. If the Minister does not require an individual to provide information regarding any of the matters mentioned in schedule 2 , part B, the Minister may require the individual to give to the Minister a certificate under section 9 . A request made of an individual under this section to give to the Minister information about another person is a request to do so to the best of the individual’s knowledge. s 7 amd 2021 SL No. 151 s 3 (sec.7-ssec.1) The Minister may require an investigated person who is an individual to give to the Minister any or all of the following— information regarding some or all of the matters mentioned in schedule 2 ; an authority under section 12 ; a recent photograph of the individual. - (a) information regarding some or all of the matters mentioned in schedule 2 ;
- (b) an authority under section 12 ;
- (c) a recent photograph of the individual.
