sec.28 Conducting tournaments
The rules for conducting and playing a game in a tournament are the rules for the game in the rule, as varied by the Minister in a written notice given to the casino operator proposing to conduct the tournament. However, the provisions of the rule about conducting and playing a game may be varied only to the extent reasonably necessary to conduct the tournament. The chief executive must approve conditions for conducting the tournament, including, for example— the entry form to be used; and the entry fee to be paid.
