sec.14 Providing false or misleading information an offence
A person who is required to provide information under this part commits an offence if the person— provides false or misleading information; or for an investigation under section 26 or 30 of the Act —does not provide the information within the time stated in the requirement. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. s 14 amd 1999 SL No. 275 s 6 ; 2024 Act No. 10 s 88
- (a) provides false or misleading information; or
- (b) for an investigation under section 26 or 30 of the Act —does not provide the information within the time stated in the requirement.
