92 When approval of equipment or chips not required (1) This section applies if the casino licensee acquires gaming equipment or chips that are identical to gaming equipment or chips in relation to which an approval is in force under section 91. (2) The casino licensee may use the gaming equipment or chips in the casino without the commission’s approval if the casino licensee verifies, by written notice given to the commission, that the gaming equipment or chips are identical to gaming equipment or chips in relation to which an approval is in force under section 91.
