86 Excluded person not to enter casino (1) A person who is excluded from entering or remaining in the casino by a notice under section 82 (Exclusion by casino official) must not enter or remain in the casino. (2) An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence. (3) A person who is excluded from entering or remaining in the casino by a notice under section 84 (Exclusion by chief police officer or commission) must not enter or remain in the casino.
