85 Casino official not to allow excluded person to enter casino (1) A casino official commits an offence if the official allows an excluded person to enter or remain in the casino. (3) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against this section if the defendant proves that the defendant had no reasonable grounds to believe that the person was an excluded person.
