70 Meaning of supply contract in div 5.4 supply contract— (a) means— (i) a contract relating to the supply of goods or services to the (ii) a contract prescribed by regulation as a contract to which this division applies; but (b) does not include— (i) a control agreement; or (ii) a casino lease; or (iii) a contract relating to the construction of the casino; or (iv) a contract declared by regulation to be a contract to which this division does not apply.
