60 Effect of suspension of casino employee licence (1) If a casino employee licence is suspended under section 59, the licence is not in force for the period of the suspension. (2) Subsection (1) does not affect— (a) any civil or criminal liability incurred by the licence-holder; or (b) the exercise of the functions of the commission or an authorised person in relation to the licence-holder or the casino employee licence. (3) The commission may shorten or end the period of suspension by written notice to the licence-holder. (4) For this section: authorised person does not include a casino employee.
