46 Replacement of casino employee licence (1) This section applies if a person tells the commission, in writing, that a casino employee licence given to the person has been lost, stolen or destroyed. (2) The commission may, by written notice given to the person, require the person to give the commission, within a stated period, a statement confirming, and explaining the circumstances of, the loss, theft or destruction. (3) If the commission is satisfied that the person’s casino employee licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed, the commission may give a replacement to the person.
