15 Application for approval of proposed casino lease (1) The owner of the casino may apply to the Minister for approval to enter into a lease of the casino with someone else. (2) An application for approval must— (b) be accompanied by— (i) the proposed lease; and (ii) the name and contact details of the proposed lessee; and
