117 Definitions—pt 7 In this part: conduct means an act or omission to do an act. connected—a thing is connected with an offence if— (a) the offence has been committed in relation to it; or (b) it will provide evidence of the commission of the offence; or (c) it was used, is being used, or is or was intended to be used, to commit the offence. offence means any conduct engaged in that is, or that it is believed on reasonable grounds to be— (a) an offence against this Act; or given, under or in relation to this Act; or
