111 Lending or extending credit (1) A casino official commits an offence if the official— (a) lends, or offers to lend, money to a person who is in, or appears to be about to enter, the casino or a part of it; or (b) extends, or offers to extend, credit to a person who is in, or appears to be about to enter, the casino or a part of it.
