#### 91 Definitions 91 Definitions > In this Part— > > acceptable proof of age for a person means— > > > (a) documentary evidence that might reasonably be accepted as applying to the person and as proving that the person is at least 18 years of age, or > > > (b) evidence that the regulations provide is acceptable evidence for the purposes of this Part that the person is at least 18 years of age. > > minor means a person who is under the age of 18 years.
