#### 89 Application of Liquor Act 2007
89 Application of [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090)
> > (1) The [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090) does not apply to or in respect of a casino, except as provided by the regulations.
>
> > (2) The regulations may apply to a casino, with or without modification, specified provisions of the [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090) and a provision so applied has effect in accordance with the regulations.
>
> > (2A) To avoid doubt, the regulations may, in applying the specified provisions of the [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090), provide for the matters for which regulations may be made under the applied provisions of the [Liquor Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-090).

> > (3) The Minister may by order published in the Gazette declare that the whole or a specified part of specified premises is to be considered to form part of a casino for the purposes of this section and this section then has effect accordingly in respect of those premises.
