#### 29 Directions to operator 29 Directions to operator > > (1) The NICC may give a casino operator a written direction that relates to the conduct, supervision or control of operations in the casino. > > > (2) It is a condition of a casino licence that the casino operator must comply with such a direction as soon as it takes effect. > > > (3) The direction takes effect when the direction is given to the casino operator or on a later date specified in the direction. > > > (4) The power conferred by this section includes a power to give a direction to a casino operator to adopt, vary, cease or refrain from any practice in respect of the conduct of casino operations. > > > (5) A direction under this section is not to be inconsistent with this Act or the conditions of the casino licence.
