#### 24 Rectification order as alternative to disciplinary action 24 Rectification order as alternative to disciplinary action > > (1) As an alternative to taking disciplinary action against a casino operator under section 23, the NICC may direct the operator in writing to take specified action within a specified time to rectify the matter which constitutes the grounds for disciplinary action concerned. > > > (2) If a casino operator fails to take the specified action within the specified time, the NICC may proceed to take the relevant disciplinary action by giving written notice of the action to the operator, and the action takes effect when the notice is given or on a later date specified in the notice.
