#### 166 Evidence 166 Evidence > In proceedings under this Act— > > > (a) a document purporting to be a copy of, or extract from, a list of names current under section 83 (List of excluded persons) on a specified day is evidence that those names were included in the list of names current under that section on that day, and > > > (b) a document purporting to be a copy of a direction, notice, order, requirement or decision given or made under this Act is evidence of the direction, notice, order, requirement or decision of which it purports to be a copy, and > > > (c) a certificate purporting to be signed by a member of the NICC and certifying that a particular person was or was not the holder of a particular licence under this Act on a particular day is evidence of the matter certified, and > > > (d) a certificate purporting to be signed by a member of the NICC and certifying as to the reasonable costs incurred by the NICC in investigating and inquiring into an application for a licence is evidence of the matter certified, and > > > (e) a certificate purporting to be signed by a member of the NICC and certifying that at a particular time particular conditions were the conditions of a particular licence under this Act is evidence of the matter certified, and > > > (f) a document purporting to be a copy of a licence under this Act is evidence of the licence of which it purports to be a copy, and > > > (g) evidence that a person accepted service of a document is evidence of the authority of the person to accept service of the document. > > **s 166:** Am 2001 No 27, Sch 1 \[39\].
